Our terms, your privacy, and trade risks.

Open and read our Customer Terms, Privacy Notice, and Customs & Logistics Risk Policy. You can request account deletion at any time from this page. These explain ordering, payments, delivery, cancellations/refunds, how we use personal information, and responsibilities for cross-border shipments.

I confirm that I have read and agree to the Customer Terms and Privacy Notice, and acknowledge the Customs & Logistics Risk Policy. I understand that acceptance is recorded against the policy version in effect at signup.

CROSS-BORDER CUSTOMS & SEIZURE RISK

Some imported goods or shipments may be delayed, detained, rejected, forfeited or seized by customs or another authority. No shipment is guaranteed to clear. The policy explains lawful goods requirements, documentary responsibilities, notice and cooperation if a shipment is detained, and how loss or refunds are handled according to the cause of the incident and applicable law.

IRIS.EE does not accept or arrange knowingly contraband, counterfeit, prohibited or unlawfully imported goods. This risk notice is not a waiver of rights that cannot legally be waived.
