IRIS.EEIRIS EXCLUSIVE EMPIRE

POLICY VERSION 2026-10-12-v1 · DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW

Customer Terms

These proposed terms explain how IRIS.EE's wholesale fashion, bale consignment, custom sourcing and container orders operate. They must be reviewed for the actual business model and applicable Nigerian and destination-country laws before production use.

1. Accurate information and account security

You must provide accurate account, contact, delivery and business information; protect your credentials; and promptly report suspected unauthorised account use. Do not use another person's account.

2. Product descriptions, prices and availability

Product images and stock information are provided to help you decide, but stock, availability, sourcing timelines and estimates may change before an order is accepted. The order confirmation and displayed checkout total are the basis of the transaction. IRIS.EE will not intentionally substitute a materially different item without the required agreement.

3. Orders, minimums and payment

Orders may be subject to minimum quantities, batch targets, stock reservations, verification requirements and payment deadlines shown at checkout. An unpaid order is not a confirmed paid purchase. Payment is considered received only after the payment provider's transaction has been verified by IRIS.EE. Do not send money to personal accounts or rely on screenshots as proof of payment.

4. Delivery and estimated timelines

Delivery fees and the chosen shipment type are shown before payment. International freight, customs processing, inspections, port congestion, carrier disruption and government action may affect timelines. Estimated dates are not guaranteed unless the order explicitly says otherwise.

5. Cancellations, refunds and complaints

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order stage, verified payment status, sourcing/dispatch progress, product condition and applicable consumer law. No clause here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact customer support promptly with the order number and evidence. Approved refunds are processed through the applicable payment/refund procedure.

6. Lawful goods and trade documents

Only lawful goods may be listed, sourced, purchased or shipped. Counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, restricted without required permits, falsely declared or knowingly contraband goods are not accepted. Customers must not request false invoices, undervaluation, misdescription or evasion of customs duties.

7. Responsibility for customs incidents

If a shipment is detained, rejected, forfeited or seized, IRIS.EE will investigate the known cause and relevant documentation. Responsibility and any loss allocation depend on the cause, contractual shipment terms, insurance, supplier/carrier obligations and applicable law. IRIS.EE will not automatically transfer every loss to a customer, nor disclaim liability for IRIS.EE's own fraud, negligence or legal non-compliance where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use and account restrictions

Fraud, harassment, payment abuse, attempted unauthorised access, false documentation and unlawful trade may result in order review, suspension or account restriction subject to applicable law and a reasonable review process.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes should be versioned and presented for renewed consent where legally required. Keep your order confirmation and policy version. Use the in-app support channel for questions.

This draft is a product implementation baseline, not legal advice. Have a Nigerian commercial/customs lawyer review it and adapt it to the final supplier, Incoterms, insurance and refund model before launch.
